Repair and Restoration Services

We repair vacuum cleaners, sewing machines, lamps, heaters, small appliances, and electric trains.

We are an authorized warranty and service center for over 12 different name brands. We also repair brands that we do not sell in our store. If it picks up dirt, was made in the last 100 years, and is a vacuum cleaner- we are experienced and can fix it!  Our normal turnaround for repairs is one week or less.  This can vary if your vacuum needs parts.

Sewing Machines?  We can repair any sewing machine- vintage or newer. We are the only Singer repair shop in the area. We also repair sergers and embroidery machines. We also repair in-house, therefore, our turnaround time is usually faster than other shops.  

It depends on if you need parts and our current workload. The average vacuum cleaner repair/service is 3 Days while the average sewing machine service/repair is 12 days.  

Yes!  We repair model trains.  We also repair all different types of lamps and do restoration work on chandeliers.  

Our prices for all of our products including vacuum cleaners and vacuum bags/parts are based off of the lowest internet price. You will not purchase anything online cheaper than you can buy it in our store. The only guarantee is that you will get it much faster, it will not be coming from China, and you'll be supporting a local business.  If you have an old vacuum cleaner, we encourage you to donate it to a charity.  If your vacuum no longer works, we will occasionally give you a relatively small discount on a new vacuum, repair the machine ourselves, and donate it to a worthy cause.
